45 miles per hour on Camlough Road

THERE has been a one month period of disqualification from driving handed down in the case of a motorist detected as driving at 45 miles per hour on the Camlough Road. Facing the single count before Newry Magistrates was Richard Jamie Fletcher (30) with an address given as Point Road , Limavady. #

The court heard how at 9.30am on June 10 of last year a vehicle which the defendant Fletcher was driving was detected travelling at a speed of 45 miles per hour withing a 30 miles per hour zone on the Camlough Road.

Promptly disposing of the case Deputy District Judge Archer would impose upon Fletcher a one month period of disqualification from driving as well as imposing a fine of £150.00
